Account Manager

Omnio Marketing is looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, and personable Account Manager to develop, execute, and nurture client relations. Our ideal candidate is someone who believes in our client's success and has a passion for providing solutions as well as building relationships with internal and external teams.  You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities; keeping and growing existing client relationships; all while offering solutions that help clients achieve their business goals.

  • Generates revenue with new clients 

  • Identifies and solicits new business; builds and manage sales pipeline 

  • Develop genuine, long-term relationships with clients  

  • Delivers effective sales presentations. 

  • Identifies client needs and develops proposals  

  • Provide an exceptional level of service to clients 

  • Provides high-level onboarding experience by communicating expectations, agenda items, and keeping up with client requests 

  • Consult with clients on marketing needs and provide thoughtful recommendations 

  • Project managing and communicating with creatives, account support and other team members to ensure all projects and deliverables are completed successfully, on time and within budget  

  • Report on advertising campaigns by working directly with internal teams  

  • Maintains client communication and ensures client satisfaction. 

  • Iterate on existing processes to create operational efficiencies 



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 

  • 2+ years account management or customer success experience 

  • Must have 2+ years of digital marketing experience  

  • Experience in prospecting and using effective consultative selling practices 

  • Strong client service relationship-building skills 

  • Negotiation and closing deals 

  • Experience building and maintaining successful client relationships 

  • High attention to detail and organization skills to efficiently manage multiple clients  

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Strong self-management skills with a sense of urgency as needed 

  • Independence; self-motivated, competitive, and assertive 

  • Proven success in collaborating with internal and external teams 

Base salary + commission​​
