Creative Designer

Omnio Marketing is looking for a bad ass, incredibly unique, Creative Designer. You'll have full creative freedom with the ability to think outside of the box and try new techniques. We're searching for a Creative professional who is driven and ready to take on new opportunities to join our growing company.

In this role, you will be a key player in the growth of the business and will participate in developing successful messages and graphic communication collateral pieces. This will involve multiple dynamic concept ideas. You will also immerse yourself in client brands to develop polished communications that deliver. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute communications efficiently by demonstrating strong graphic design skill sets, including a keen eye for layout balance, typography, color, and brand integrity.  

  • Concept, brainstorm, and strategize for multi-channel campaigns across varied platforms. Deliverables include digital, email, social media, website, presentations, print/promo mockups, print assets, video, and motion 

  • Demonstrates solution-oriented and analytical thinking in changeable project scenarios 

  • Stay up to date of social trends to inspire creative solutions 

  • Manage time efficiently and juggle multiple projects while staying self-motivated and well organized 

  • Designer on campaigns and project execution 

  • Ability to develop motion graphics and video content 

  • Manage creative direction for clients and projects 

 

Skills/Knowledge Required: 

  • Strong design aesthetics (layout, imagery, typography, color relationships, and brand)  

  • Practical design experience in conventional print and digital communications  

  • Comfortable taking design feedback and able to quickly deliver revisions  

  • Ability to tackle project management, including timelines, due dates, and balancing a diversified workload. 

  • Ability to implement your own designs & take lead on creative direction 

  • Big Perk: Experience in UI/UX design along with website design best practices 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, motion design or similar degree with 2+ years of experience creating video, graphic, and motion assets  

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe suite 

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently 

  • Not afraid to be bold and a creative visionary 

  • Able to work independently and take lead – lots of freedom with time management 

  • Visually compelling reel and portfolio required 

  • Portfolio required
